Situation

The Global War on Terror (GWOT) has ended

After nearly 20 years, combat operations have concluded. But for many Combat Veterans, the mission never really “ended”—the trauma remains, and the loss of brothers and sisters is still carried every day.

Honoring them is fading

As years pass, public memory can become brief—limited to short-term reminders and “then-and-now” moments. For too many Veterans and families, support and recognition begin to disappear with time.

The impact continues

The result is urgent: fallen service members risk being forgotten, and veteran suicide remains a serious reality.

That’s why we exist

We’re building a lasting way to honor our fallen, support Veterans, and keep their stories—and their wellbeing—at the center of our communities.
